3. Guarantee

We are dedicated to delivering measurable progress in your child’s academic performance. Our guarantee is as follows:

• Progress Guarantee: If measurable improvement is not observed within the first semester of tutoring, we will provide additional support sessions at no extra cost. The definition of “measurable improvement” will be based on specific academic goals agreed upon at the start of tutoring.
• Conditions for Guarantee: To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
  • Engagement: The student must attend all scheduled lessons and actively participate in the tutoring process.
  • Homework Completion: The student must complete all assigned homework and practice activities.
  • Feedback: The parent or guardian must provide timely feedback and report any concerns or issues to Higrade Tuition within the first semester.
  • Assessment: The student’s progress will be evaluated based on the criteria set at the beginning of the tutoring period.
  • Limitations: The guarantee does not apply to cases where a student fails to participate actively, does not attend sessions regularly, or does not complete assigned tasks and practice. It also does not cover cases where external factors (e.g., personal issues, lack of effort) significantly impact progress.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments for our services are due as per the agreed schedule. All fees must be paid in full before the commencement of tutoring services. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

• Payment: Payments for tutoring services are due in advance and must be completed before sessions commence.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to providing additional support sessions if the guarantee conditions are not met.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Schedule: Tutoring sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: If a session is canceled by the parent or guardian with less than 24 hours’ notice, it may be rescheduled at Higrade Tuition’s discretion or forfeited.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep all personal information and academic records confidential. Information will only be shared with relevant personnel involved in providing tutoring services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Higrade Tuition is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tutoring services.

9. Governing Law
